Sex Offender Arrested at High School Graduation On Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, Deputies were working at the Crown Coliseum for the Cumberland County High School Graduations. Detectives received information that a registered sex offender from Maryland would be attending the graduation.

According to court documents, over several months, Stouffer used his cellular phone to produce numerous explicit videos of one minor victim beginning when she was 9 years old.
